ParKar Ice Cream was born in 1978 in the vibrant heart of Ahmedabad, Gujarat — founded by the Parkar family with one simple mission: to bring happiness through world-class ice cream made with love.
What started as a small neighbourhood parlour quickly grew into a beloved institution. Our founders believed that great ice cream isn't just about flavour — it's about the joy it brings, the memories it creates, and the smiles it produces.
Today, with 4 outlets across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and Deesa, we continue to honour that founding vision, using only the finest natural ingredients and time-tested recipes passed down through generations.

Our Journey
ParKar Ice Cream opens its first outlet in Satellite, Ahmedabad — a small family parlour with big dreams and 12 flavours.
Word of mouth spreads across Ahmedabad. We expand our menu to 30 flavours and introduce our signature cold coffee.
Our second outlet opens in Sargasanan, Gandhinagar — bringing ParKar's magic to the state capital.
Third store in Gota, Ahmedabad. We introduce premium sundaes, waffles, and international flavours.
Our fourth and newest outlet opens in Deesa, extending ParKar's reach to North Gujarat.
We launch our new website and social media presence — making it easier for customers to explore our menu and find us online!
